We (RedeemedTHW Boutique) are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions while entering personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out there is nothing we can do about any corrections. If in any case an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order is processed and shipped. We do advise that all orders are placed at least a week in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.
All items are shipped USPS. Our processing time varies. If orders are in stock, next day shipping is available. If not processing times can be 5-10 business days before SHIP OUT. Shipping takes 2-5 business days to reach you. Once orders are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with order.

RedeemedTHW Boutiques is not responsible for any late shipments caused by holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.
Orders are NOT processed on weekends or holidays.
RedeemedTHW Boutique is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact USPS to file a claim. If you opted in for Route Protect at checkout, your package can be covered from loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. You must submit this claim through Route.
Note:
To prevent fraud your billing and shipping address must be the same. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All our items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds. Every order is thoroughly assessed and packaged with extreme care and attention. We do our best to ensure that our items are packaged well to make sure you receive your order in the best condition. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
